Leuchtpistole 42 | Flare pistol custom

Hello there, dear friends! My new project is a German LP42 signal pistol from the Second World War. I've been experimenting with different metalworking techniques and creating metal materials for the gun. All of this work has been done in Substance Painter, and I've also experimented with the materials for the handle, creating something that's in between wood and bakelite.

Right now, I'm faced with a difficult decision - my portfolio feels very similar. I really want to give weapon conceptualization a try and work with more modern materials, so I'll see where that takes me. Thank you for taking the time to read this long description.
